All prices are in GBP sterling. No VAT is payable on any items. You may pay by most major credit/debit cards using paypal. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments by cheque will be subject to a five day clearing period. We aim to deliver all items in stock to UK mainland addresses, normally within twenty one working days. If a product is not in stock please allow up to thirty days for delivery. Orders will only become accepted once payment has been processed. All Cues that are made to order, or custom made are done so to the individuals requirements, so therefore will only be replaced, or alterered due to manufacturing defects.custom made cues are non refundable. Whilst mastercraft provides a safe online ordering system using paypals secure encryption, credit card orders placed through the web site are done so entirely at your own risk. We do not store your card details and all information supplied to us is used solely by mastercraft to process your order. We never pass your details on to third parties. Payments by credit card are protected against fraud.Sales on this site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
